Academic Recovery Workshops (MANDATORY for students on academic warning/probation)

The Center for Academic Advising and 保留 (CAAR) holds workshops each semester during the first week of classes to review FSU policies concerning successful academic progress for students on probation and warning. Students on academic warning/probation are required to attend a one-hour workshop held the first week of the spring or fall semester. Students are strongly encouraged to prioritize and focus on improving their academic standing and complete an academic recovery plan with their advisor. The Academic Recovery Plan will entail goals for the semester as well as actions that will help facilitate those goals. Students and advisors must sign the plan and return it to CAAR (Pullen 140) no later than one week after the drop/add period ends. Members of the Academic Success Network are available to assist students who desire weekly check-ins to help maintain their motivation, monitor their progress, and stay on track to success!
